Plywood Chainsaw Scabbard – Product Development

Creativity and progressive ideas are in abundance around here. One project in the works is a plywood chainsaw scabbard that can hang on our lift buckets. The plastic scabbards currently in use are prone to breakage in real world conditions, and expensive to replace.

Jerad and Kris set about designing a better option that’s just as strong, but won’t end up as plastic waste. Something we can make and customize right here using our CNC router. After a few scabbard prototypes were developed, it was time for strength testing.

How about a few drops on concrete and gravel surface from 80-90 ft??
